Bock Cellars is a small family estate in the Fountaingrove District, farming volcanic hillside blocks above Santa Rosa and producing hand-crafted reds in limited quantities. One of the original producers to champion the Fountaingrove District's AVA petition, the winery reflects the district's farming-first character — family-scale, estate-focused, and rooted in the land. The Cabernet Sauvignon and Zinfandel both show the warm inland character of Fountaingrove moderated by Pacific breezes through the Sonoma Mountain gap. A genuine small-production discovery.
