where forestville eats
dine in forestville
Dine in Forestville, among redwoods and berry farms in the Russian River Valley, where cool Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grow close by. These are the tables the town keeps for itself, chosen by the people who live and work here.
Among vineyards and a chef's garden on River Road, the inn's dining room now serves a relaxed à la carte menu from executive chef Julio Aguilera, who arrived for 2026. Mediterranean and coastal flavors meet local ingredients: burrata, diver scallops, charred octopus, baby donuts with chicken liver mousse. The wine list leans on Russian River Pinot Noir and Chardonnay.

Pinot Noir from across the Russian River Valley leads at this Forestville estate on Highway 116, where farming and winemaking go back to the 1890s. The Kitchen at RRV sends out boards of cheese, charcuterie and vegetables from the property's farm, plus focaccia flatbreads, served mostly outdoors under shade. Families and dogs are welcome, with live music on weekends.
