LEED-certified eco-luxury one block from Healdsburg Plaza.
H2 Hotel was conceived from the start as an exercise in sustainable hospitality. The LEED-certified building is a block from Healdsburg Plaza and incorporates rooftop solar panels, rainwater capture, recycled construction materials, and a striking living roof visible from the hotel's modern interior courtyard. The 36 guest rooms feature minimalist design — clean lines, natural materials, and large windows that prioritize daylight. The aesthetic is contemporary and restrained, a counterpoint to the Victorian-era architecture that defines much of central Healdsburg.
The on-site Spoonbar restaurant offers Mediterranean-inspired cuisine and is a popular Healdsburg dining destination in its own right. The solar-heated creekside pool runs along the building's edge, framed by native landscaping. Sister to Hotel Healdsburg and Harmon Guest House under Piazza Hospitality, H2 shares the umbrella's sensibility — design-forward, locally rooted, and committed to sustainable operations across the portfolio.

Circe Sher co-founded Piazza Hospitality and developed H2 Hotel in 2010 as the LEED Gold sister property to Hotel Healdsburg, making it one of the first hotels in the region built to a serious sustainability standard. As a longtime Healdsburg resident and Chamber of Commerce board member, she still personally shapes the company's direction — and you can read her hand in H2's clean modernism, native landscaping, and commitment to local artists.
Gerrit van den Noord serves as General Manager of H2 Hotel, the LEED Gold-certified eco property in downtown Healdsburg. He oversees the hotel's day-to-day rhythm — the saltwater pool, the Spoonbar restaurant, and the sustainability commitments built into every guest interaction.
