The LEED-certified building is a block from Healdsburg Plaza and incorporates rooftop solar panels, rainwater capture, recycled construction materials, and a striking living roof visible from the hotel's modern interior courtyard. The 36 guest rooms feature minimalist design — clean lines, natural materials, and large windows that prioritize daylight. The aesthetic is contemporary and restrained, a counterpoint to the Victorian-era architecture that defines much of central Healdsburg.
