A graduate of Humboldt State, he's a Northern Californian by training.
Sarah McIntosh is Resort Director at Montage Healdsburg, overseeing daily operations across the 258-acre property's 130 bungalow-style guest rooms, the Hazel Hill restaurant, the spa, and the Compass Sports adventure programming. She works closely with General Manager Steve Janicek to maintain the resort's Forbes Five-Star service standard.
