Executive Chef Sergio Morales brings a vibrant, globally influenced approach to Lazeaway Club, drawing on flavors from coastal Mexico and Southeast Asia while embracing California’s seasonal ingredients. His menus reflect a balance of bold, shareable dishes and relaxed resort-style dining, designed to complement the energy and atmosphere of the Flamingo Resort.
Anderson Pugash is co-founder of San Francisco-based Palm House Hospitality, the group behind Lazeaway Club at Santa Rosa's Flamingo Resort. With partner Benson Wang, Pugash leads a portfolio that includes Palm House and The Dorian in San Francisco, bringing California-Pacific hospitality and reimagined midcentury venues to wine country and the Bay Area.
