A plant-based café, restaurant, wine lounge and music room in downtown Healdsburg, Little Saint runs an all-day menu with no animal products. Breakfast brings avocado toast and brioche French toast; later come harvest lasagna, a Caesar and a burger. Wines from low-impact producers are poured in the lounge or sold to go, and Thursday nights bring free music upstairs.

Little Saint is a fully plant-based restaurant, café, wine lounge, cocktail bar and music venue in the roughly 10,000-square-foot downtown Healdsburg building that once held Healdsburg SHED. Healdsburg residents Jeff and Laurie Ubben opened it on Earth Day 2022, with Ken Fulk as creative director, as a community gathering place rooted in climate justice, animal welfare and sustainable practice. Produce comes from Little Saint Farm, the Ubbens' eight-acre regenerative farm. That same year The New York Times named it to its annual list of fifty restaurants across the country, and people do drive up to Healdsburg for it. After an early management partnership ended, Little Saint reopened with a more casual, all-day program and a lounge feel, and its director of culinary, Deborah Mullin, describes it as a third place for the town.

Deborah Mullin leads the kitchens of Little Saint, the plant-based restaurant, café and gathering place in downtown Healdsburg. After a communications degree and years working both front and back of house, she trained at the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park and came to Little Saint from the CIA at Copia in Napa, where she was executive chef.

Natalia Faustino runs the room at Little Saint in Healdsburg. Born in Recife, Brazil, she began her hospitality career in Brooklyn in 2015 and was a founding member of the banquets bar team at Montage Healdsburg. She joined Little Saint in 2023, where she built a bar program centered on seasonality and zero waste.
