Winemaking is led by Corey Beck, who has been with the Coppola family since 1998 and works with more than 150 growers across Sonoma County's Russian River, Dry Creek, Alexander Valley, and Sonoma Coast appellations. The flagship Diamond Collection — approachable, vividly fruited Cabernet, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and more — anchors a broad portfolio that also includes the site-specific Director's and Francis Coppola Reserve labels. On site, the Rustic restaurant serves Italian-leaning, Sonoma-sourced comfort food, and seasonal Cabines surround the pool. Corey Beck has guided winemaking at Francis Ford Coppola Winery since the Coppola family acquired the property in 2006, when he became director of winemaking and general manager. A UC Davis fermentation-science graduate, he grew up in wine country — his grandfather managed the vineyards at Napa's Chateau Montelena, where Beck later worked as Cabernet cellarmaster on the very vines made famous by the 1976 Judgment of Paris. He joined the Coppola operation in 1998 as assistant winemaker at Niebaum-Coppola (now Inglenook), rose to president of the Sonoma winery in 2014, and in 2018 was named CEO of The Family Coppola, overseeing its wine, film, and food ventures. He continues to lead a team working with more than 150 Sonoma County growers across the Russian River, Dry Creek, Alexander Valley, and Sonoma Coast.
