The wines run from the family's longtime Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir and Chardonnay to Brook's experiments — skin-fermented Riesling and Ribolla Gialla, Scheurebe, Sagrantino — single-vineyard and made in tiny lots, poured by the glass or in flights of six to seven small tastes.
