When Barber Cellars poured its final glass at the Hotel Petaluma in June 2026 — after eleven years as downtown Petaluma's first tasting room — the family didn't retire; they regrouped. Taste Petaluma gathers four of their craft businesses under one historic Washington Street roof: Barber Cellars wine, Barber Lee Spirits, the Petaluma Cheese Shop, and the Nightcap Dessert Bar.

Tasting Highlights

Four-Brand Tasting — Barber Cellars' estate-grown, organically dry-farmed Petaluma Gap flights, paired across the family's grain-to-glass spirits, cheese counter, and dessert bar under one roof.

It's designed to be a whole evening in one stop. Start with a flight of Barber Cellars' estate-grown, organically dry-farmed wines from the Petaluma Gap; add a board from the cheese counter; move on to a grain-to-glass cocktail from Barber Lee Spirits; and finish late with a handmade Mad Chocolates truffle and a plate from Nightcap. One family, one table, worth the trip.
