An offshoot of the family's Della Santina's Trattoria, opened just off the Plaza in 2007 and built around a 250-bottle "wine wall" of hard-to-find local and international labels. Some thirty pour by the glass alongside the full trattoria menu — Old World, unhurried, and the town's living room.

Enoteca Della Santina grew out of after-hours tastings at the family's Della Santina's Trattoria in the early '90s, and opened beside it just off the Plaza in 2007. Run by Rob Della Santina, the second-generation son, it's built around a 250-bottle "wine wall" organized by country — a working wine library more than a tasting bar.
Some thirty wines pour by the glass, from a Chilean Carménère to an Italian Pinot Grigio, alongside ports, imported beers, and espresso; the full trattoria menu is available when the kitchen's open. Regulars treat it as Sonoma's living room — Old World, unhurried, and always rotating.
