Named for the Babylonian goddess of wine, Siduri began in 1994 when Adam Lee and Dianna Novy left Texas for Sonoma chasing Pinot Noir. Their first release earned instant acclaim, and Jackson Family Wines bought the label in 2015. The Healdsburg lounge leans urban-industrial (vinyl on the turntable, games, craft beer on tap), wine taken seriously, themselves less so.
This is a Pinot house through and through: twenty-plus single-vineyard bottlings sourced coast-wide, from Oregon's Willamette Valley down to Santa Barbara, with a growing run of Chardonnay alongside, now crafted by winemaker Matt Revelette. Sink into the cozy seating, flip through the records, and taste your way down the coast. Happy hour runs Thursday through Saturday. Buttermilk fried chicken optional but recommended.
Founder
Left Texas for Sonoma in 1994 chasing Pinot Noir, naming his label for the Babylonian goddess of wine. His coast-spanning, single-vineyard Pinot house earned instant acclaim and joined Jackson Family Wines in 2015.
Winemaker
Matt Revelette fell for winemaking during college summers in Kentucky vineyards, then earned a master's in viticulture and enology at Fresno State after a philosophy degree. He worked at Williams Selyem, Kosta Browne and Quintessa before joining Siduri in 2019, where he makes more than twenty single-vineyard and appellation Pinot Noirs from Santa Barbara to the Willamette Valley.
