SIGH is Sonoma's champagne bar, opened in 2012 by Sonoma native Jayme Powers after years with a California sparkling house. The list runs from grower Champagne to California sparkling and rosé, poured by the glass, the flight, or the occasional frozen slush. Walk in.

Sonoma's original "bubble bar," SIGH was founded in 2012 by native Sonoman Jayme Powers, a former sparkling-wine educator at Schramsberg. It started at 400 square feet in Vine Alley; in 2017 she quadrupled the space into today's glamorous room — an oval marble bar, gold accents, bottle-cap tables, and champagne quotes on mirrored walls. Female-owned and proudly local.
Named one of the country's top 25 wine bars by Travel & Leisure, SIGH pours Champagne and sparkling wines from around the world — French grower Champagnes, California sparkling, and rosé — by the glass, the bottle, or in flights. Seating is first-come, first-served around the communal bar. Add caviar, artisan cheese, a beer, or a famous SIGH slushie. Everything's available to go for the Plaza.
