All four bedrooms have their own baths: two king suites, the primary with a private balcony, a room with two queens, and a queen room, with floor mattresses on request for up to ten guests. The common rooms are generous, with a large kitchen and a rec room set up with a pool table and shuffleboard. Outside, a lawn runs from the pool to a grilling lounge with ping pong at its far end, and an outdoor kitchen with a stone oven turns dinner into an event. A hot tub and plenty of outdoor seating round out the grounds. The pool is solar heated from May through September. The house is smoke-free.
