The living room has a gas fireplace, and the open kitchen, with cement counters, flows into the dining room and out to a broad deck with several seating areas. The principal suite has its own fireplace, a sitting area and a stone-tiled bath. A downstairs guest room has a private entrance, and a loft office with a sleeper couch, a full bath and a balcony looks out over the vineyards. The grounds are made for slow afternoons: a solar-heated pool, a hot tub, a Finlandia sauna, a pergola with a ceiling fan, a gas fire pit, ping pong and garden paths. A bonus room is set up as a full gym. Up to two dogs of 40 pounds or less are welcome for a fee.
