The main house has a gourmet kitchen with stainless appliances, a gas range and a three-seat island, and the beds are Casper mattresses dressed in fine linens. An upstairs bonus room adds a king bed and its own balcony, and one bedroom in the barn opens only from outside. The barn itself is the evening room, with modern furniture, indoor cornhole and a farmhouse table for eight. Outside, the patio has a gas grill and chaise lounges, Adirondack chairs circle the fire pit, and an outdoor shower runs hot and cold. The pool is solar heated and warm enough for swimming from April through October. The barn has no heating or air conditioning, parking takes four cars, and pets are not allowed.
